SPRINGFIELD, IL – The Anna-based family of Celesta Borders traveled to the State Capitol on May 5 for the annual Girl Scout Legislative Day.
State Sen. Dale Fowler (R-Harrisburg) welcomed Callysta, Celesta, and Ricky Borders to the Capitol and spoke with them about the importance of young women becoming active in the political process.
