FOWLER TAKES OATH OF OFFICE FOR THE 59TH SENATE DISTRICT

SPRINGFIELD, IL – State Sen. Dale Fowler (R-Harrisburg) took the Oath of Office during the Inauguration of the 100th General Assembly, Wednesday, January 11, at the Illinois State Capitol. Supreme Court Justice Mary Jane Theis administered the oath in the Senate Chambers.

“Today is an especially special day to be sworn into office. My focus is on the people of the 59th Senate District and telling our story,” Fowler said. “I have been blessed with this opportunity and am ready to help revitalize Southern Illinois for future generations.”

The 59th Senate District includes all or parts of Alexander, Franklin, Gallatin, Hamilton, Hardin, Jackson, Johnson, Massac, Pope, Pulaski, Saline, Williamson and Union Counties.
