SPRINGFIELD, IL – Several educators, professionals, and administrators with the Williamson County Early Childhood Cooperative traveled to the State Capitol on May 9 to meet with legislators about the budgetary impasse.
Currently, the WCECC is owed in access of $1 million and if the funds are not received by August 1, it puts the WCECC in severe jeopardy of not being able to open for the fall school schedule.
